RETURNS & EXCHANGES
BoardWalkSkate.com wants you to be happy with your purchase.In the event that a skate does not fit, simply e-mail us for a return authorization number. We do not charge a restocking fee, and will exchange or credit your account as long as:
- the item is not used, and is in like new condition. Used skates cannot be returned or exchanged! The original packaging must also be sent back with the product.
- You are responsible for the shipping fees on returned/exchanged items.
WARRANTY ISSUES
If an item purchased is defective, it may be covered under the manufacturers warranty policy. Simply e-mail us for a return authorization number. We will tell you where to send the skates in order to take care of the problem as fast as possible.
FREE SHIPPING
Items that qualify for free shipping will be sent via UPS or FED EX GROUND. Free shipping applies to Continental US only! Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska require an extra fee. If you return a skate for a refund, our shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Boardwalkskate.com no longer ships outside of the US.
