RETURNS & EXCHANGES
BoardWalkSkate.com wants you to be happy with your purchase.In the event that a skate does not fit, simply e-mail us for a return authorization number. We do not charge a restocking fee, and will exchange or credit your account as long as:
- the item is not used, and is in like new condition. Used skates cannot be returned or exchanged! The original packaging must also be sent back with the product.
- You are responsible for the shipping fees on returned/exchanged items.
WARRANTY ISSUES
If an item purchased is defective, it may be covered under the manufacturers warranty policy. Simply e-mail us for a return authorization number. We will tell you where to send the skates in order to take care of the problem as fast as possible.
FREE SHIPPING
Items that qualify for free shipping will be sent via UPS or FED EX GROUND. Free shipping applies to Continental US only! Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada require an extra fee. If you return a skate for a refund, our shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
The customer is responsible for all Taxes, Duties, and or Value Added Tax (VAT) imposed by their countries when shipping internationally. These taxes are not included in the invoice from BoardwalkSkate.com. Boardwalkskate.com reserves the right to charge the customers credit card for all Taxes/Duties/VAT that have not been payed to the country of import.
